Nothing is what it seams, on first contact with the homeless. Easy to judge, But The Streets are very cruel. Seen homeless in this country for over fifty years & nothing has changed. The lucky ones, get help, what there is of it.
Easy To Scoff At The Homeless....Yes, There Are Pro Beggers & Junkys. But There Are Real people In Real Straights.... Nothing Funny About It. The Strand, London.
Help exists for those that want it. The ones who don’t make shopkeepers lives Hell. What do you think they spend your £1 on?
Not by pitching a tent ,dancing , shouting in shop doorways
A plan of action might help, I.e. 1. Go visit a homeless charity 2. Find out your options & benefit entitlements 3. Try local authority housing (?) 4. Seek mentoring on job hunting 5. Get training (?) 6. Prep for interviews Think positive. Focus. Strive. Enjoy small steps.
