How eight-year-old YouTuber Ryan Kaji 'earned £20m' in 2019

He started appearing on YouTube from the age of three and became famous for his toy reviews.He has been expanding his content and now also makes science experiment and educational explainer videos for his fans.Because Ryan gets millions of views on his videos, he makes a lot of money from adverts and sponsors.He also has his own Nickelodeon show and is said to have signed a deal with the US television network Hulu.

Michael Bienstock, chief executive of the influencer-focused wealth-management company Semaphore, reached out to Ryan's dad when his channel first started to become successful.Kids-entertainment company Pocket.Watch also began to support Ryan. Now, an array of Ryan's World merchandise can be bought on Amazon and from well-known US brands like Target.Another young star, Nastya, was also one of the top ten earners with £13.8millionThis is the second time Ryan has topped the YouTube highest earners list.
