Why “gender”and not simply Pay Gap? Fix the gender PG, you still have a PG?! Fix “disproportionate pay” across all demographics, the PG goes away for everyone. Why the narrow focus? Fixing the gender gap does nothing for the grossly disproportionate pay amongst women either. Hmm
Imagine thinking that employers care about what's in your pants more than the profit they can make from your skills Show me a job where you can pay women less than men for doing the exact same quality and quantity of work, and I will show you an industry that is 100% women
Perhaps it's killing the men on low incomes, therefore average male income goes up.
