Advice from the NHS is that it’s never too early to talk to your kids about sex. Just make sure you have the conversations in an age-appropriate way.But if it isn’t the right moment , you may well have used one of these stalling tactics to put off the conversation until later. Normally, you’d totally have the conversation about sex. But after a hectic day, the last thing you want to do is chat about the love lives of penguins.
4. Get creative Sometimes there’s no getting away from the sex chat. But if it’s an awkward moment, you may have told a few white lies to put off the conversation until later. Which means it’s perfectly acceptable to say, ‘ooh good question, Daddy can TOTALLY explain’ when your child asks about how babies are made.
