Its a total farce. Why each council area has not got at least one permanent testing site is beyond me (more than one in the bigger cities).
Sick to death of hearing this, watched the news for an hour this morn! Yes report it but not to go on & on! Surely there is other stuff going on in the world! If 100s of people who dont need tests stopped that might also help! Time to move on! 😴

Why do you need to test all of the family, if one is ill and spreads to the others, you only need to test 1 person to get the idea!

I managed to get a test when I had symptoms, took it on the 4th September, sent it off on the 5th - still no results back nearly 2 weeks later. I believe it isn't just the availability of test kits but getting the results seems to be a bit of a calamity, too.

It doesn't help when the secondary school my daughter goes to adds having a headache or a sore throat also gets you sent home to either 10 days off or need a negative test to go back sooner. These symptoms aren't even on the government list of symptoms. Half the school is off!
