House of Commons hit by naked protest during MPs’ Brexit debate

THE House of Commons was hit by a naked protest as eco-activists stripped off during a Brexit debate this evening.

Some of them had painted their bodies with environmental slogans, but MPs carried on the debate as usual while the protest went on. The mad activists said they were inspired by the suffragettes’ protest in the same building over 100 years ago, and even glued their hands to surfaces in the public gallery.

"By undressing in parliament, we are putting ourselves in an incredibly vulnerable position, highlighting the vulnerability that all of us share in the face of environmental and societal breakdown. And Iggy Fox, 24, a wildlife biologist said: "I want a future, and right now they are burning it like there's no tomorrow.

London house prices falling at fastest rate for a decade in Brexit chaosOptimistic estate agents say price falls are a 'temporary blip'. At last, a benefit of Brexit. Maybe Londoners will be able to afford a place to live now and those who buy up properties and leave them empty, as an investment, will now stop and there will be affordable homes available for people to live in. Totally Overpriced anyhow Doesn’t have Osborne pumping money into the market. If ever we get rate rises the market will come down more.
