Lakhvir Singh, 34, and his friend Sumit Sehdevi - both Sikhs originally from India - will be deported over immigration offences in Edinburgh, having lived in the UK without leave to remain for ten years.

Indians Lakhvi Singh and Sumit Sehdevi have lived in Glasgow for ten years. Hundreds of people blocked the van and seven hours later they were released.
