is looking to employ someone who can ‘actively tackle bullying’ in the wake of the investigation which found minister Priti Patel had bullied staff.

The advert states they want someone who can: ‘Champion an inclusive culture by actively tacking bullying, harassment and discrimination and support the health, safety and wellbeing of all staff consistent with the aim of developing a great place to work.’Last week Ms Patel managed to hold onto her job despite allegations she told staff they were f**king useless.

Her ex-permanent secretary, Sir Philip Rutnam, disputed this however and said he had to talk to his boss about her behaviour within a month of her taking office in 2019.Sir Philp quit the Home Office in February after accusing Ms Patel of a ‘vicious and orchestrated briefing campaign’. He is suing the Government for constructive dismissal.
