Andrew Flintham says holidaymakers can expect ”90 per cent of normality” on trips

Among other changes, tourists will see social distancing markers at pools, outside-only entertainment and no buffet services as precautions against the transmission of coronavirus.Ben Campbell, a 25-year-old cabin crew member at TUI, said he was “really excited” to return to work for the first time in more than three months.

Close to normal? What do you consider to be normal? Presumably you’re excluding the airport/plane experience here. Because wearing a mask for several hours is nowhere near close to normal.

Well, the current situation does not surprise me I think in many cases these companies are insolvent and simply don't have the cash to provide refunds. I'm not sure that the threat of legal action will make much difference to that.
