Holby City’s Jac Naylor actress Rosie Marcel has opened up about how the cast dealt with filming the emotional final scenes, confessing they’d “burst into tears sporadically” throughout filming.
She added to What’s on TV: “For the last six weeks of the show, we were all just bursting into tears sporadically.” This comes after Rosie’s co-star Guy Henry, best known as hospital boss Henrik Hanssen, said he felt similarly emotional during the last days of filming. “You are nervous when you rock up and it's a well-oiled machine. It's striking the balance between a jolly atmosphere on set and trying to do good work.”
