Paningning, a shih tzu from the Philippines has gained a huge internet following. Owner Janess Cua shares photos of the dog sleeping flat on its back. The puppy boasts 124,000 followers on Instagram and 500,000 YouTube views.
I've had 2 males. They all love to do this. Don't know about girls. In fact, my first shiu tzu in his first doggy class did this is front of everyone! All the puppies were so good, he just wanted to play. I was embarrassed & happy at his social skills all at the same time.
