PARCEL giant Hermes has been accused of refusing to reimburse thousands of customers when packages go missing.
In another case, the company is said to have denied liability for a lost bottle of perfume worth £320 because it contained alcohol.He said: “Hermes is leaving thousands of customers out of pocket when they lose parcels. It is an absolute scandal. The tricks they pull are unbelievable.”
