Searches involving a helicopter, police dogs, and a drone failed to locate the driver of a vehicle who reportedly fled the scene of a crash on the Glenshane Road near Dungiven on Sunday night.
Police say the driver of one of the vehicles was reported to have "made off from the scene" but the male driver was not located.Read more: PSNI responds as city centre drug use and anti social behaviour footage shared "Officers attended, alongside colleagues from other emergency services. It was reported a driver of one of the vehicles had made off from the scene.
The police spokesperson added: "Efforts were made by officers to find the driver who left the scene using police dogs, a drone and our Air Support Unit. However, he was not located.
