We ordered two sofas from Harveys nearly five months ago and were told delivery would be in eight weeks. In due course, I got a message asking me to call to arrange for our delivery. Straight afterwards, I received two more messages saying the original notification was sent in error and to ignore it.
I've also got a story about decking that has been going on for weeks as well. They seem to like blaming there suppliers and do nothing to help.

Had an awful experience with them. Charged £250 for a sofa delivery men couldn’t get through door as salesperson did not say they came preassembled. Nor did he advise of charges. Decided to exchange for different sofas from ex display stock only for manager to demand return 1/2
Customer service in the U.K. is never the best. Harvey's needs to be brought to task for its failure to follow up and to offer paltry compensation. Happy that this is being publicized so folks will think twice before buying from this company.
