Hamilton superfan proposed to on stage in Edinburgh in special moment

A Hamilton superfan got the the surprise of a lifetime when she was proposed to in an incredible moment on stage at the Festival Theatre in Edinburgh .

Luke organised a night she wouldn't forget by contatcing the theatre ahead of time. He organised a brief backstage tour after the show. While she thought they were getting a few snaps on the stage, he got down on one knee. "I have absolutely loved Hamilton since first discovering it in 2016, before it even came to the West End. I have lots of Hamilton decor in my home and know all the lyrics off by heart! We had seen that Hamilton was in Edinburgh at the same time we had planned to be on holiday here.

"Francesca's reaction was incredibly positive and she felt it was a dream come true! She was pretty lost for words but managed a "yes!!" and later she said to Festival Theatre staff member, Kim, "I really hope this isn't all just a dream!"
