Gwyneth Paltrow glowed in a sweet selfie that she took with her husband, Brad Falchuk, which was uploaded to her Instagram stories on Sunday.

Falchuk also glanced up towards the camera as the lovebirds - who tied the knot in 2018 - posed for the quick snap together. In January 2018, the pair became engaged and said 'I do' later that same year in September during a romantic ceremony in the Hamptons. Despite being active on apps such as Instagram, Gwyneth recently admitted during an interview with Sky News earlier this month that she felt social media can be both 'difficult' and also 'uncomfortable.'

She added, 'I find it all bit of an overwhelming proposition; however, I do understand it's this great way to connect with an audience...' 'I can't fake it, if I'm going to go on there, I'm going to be myself and I'm going to be honest, that's just me for better or for worse, I think I'm a very authentic person, one way or another, that's my style.'

The Iron Man actress explained that she kept her children from having their own phones until they turned 12-years-old. 'But at the same time you do want to have a sense of what's going on. Then, of course, I need it for work, and they always make me do these stupid things on it all the time.' 'Just such an amazing way to have all of the scientific benefits of meditation. And you can do it for a really short amount of time, throughout the day, and its pretty impactful.'
