GTA 6 to feature female protagonist, in Miami-based setting

will, reportedly, feature a female protagonist, and will take place in a setting based on Miami. If that last part is true, we can presume that it will be Vice City.has been in development since 2014. And, on top of that, the game is “at least two years away.” According to the report:

“Early designs called for the inclusion of territories modelled after large swaths of North and South America. Also, Rockstar will, apparently, update the game’s map over time. Apparently, there will be “new missions and cities on a regular basis, which the leadership hopes will lead to less crunch during the game’s final months.” Cities? The word “cities” there makes it sound like we will have a state to play around in. This is similar to San Andreas. will feature more interior locations than previous games in the series.“Due to some of the changes that the company implemented in an effort to improve working conditions, such as a restructuring of the design department and a pledge to keep overtime under control.”

These are, of course, in reference to the company’s crunch culture, which was a hot topic around the release ofWe still don’t know about a release date or window.
