There is no doubt that 10 Weeks ago 100 times more people where getting this cold Ignorance is not bliss. Admit the rise. Almost all are asymptomatic. Testing has increased. So, little to no hospitalizations, which means no 'second wave'. A second wave denotes very sick people, hospitals under stress and increased death rate. That is not happening.
