That will be the doctors and nurse pay frozen again then

And the rest, the bill for this is not going away for a long long long long long long long long long long long long long time and only that quick if we are lucky in the months to come.

So they're realising they can't afford to pay people capable of working to sit at home! Maybe time to change the benefits system & save £££s there and soften the blow for tax payers. I KNOW there are loads of GENUINE cases and have no problem with that, but too many not genuine

RishiSunak could take the opportunity to scrap gold-plated pensions in the state sector and tell civil servants that they will have to contribute to workplace pensions like the rest of us. I suppose it's too much to ask that he should scrap MP's expenses at the same time.

We are all going to have to pay for it. I'd suggest a 'Corona Tax' premium of 5p in the £ for individuals and companies and also delaying HS2 until it is paid off.

Higher inflation ... print money ... tax the rich not the poor !

فيروس جعلكم تدفعون أين هي الانسانية

Not only freeze wages but they'll cut services and increase taxes too. Economy trashed

Obviously they would do this, doesn't surprise me really

People must not accept this.
