A Government plan to send asylum seekers who cross the English Channel to Rwanda has been savaged by campaigners, charities, politicians, civil servants, lawyers and various other experts.

But the environmental impact of putting people on a plane for immigration processing appears to heavily contradict Government climate rhetoric, particularly while it hosted the Cop26 summit in Glasgow.

‘This is a shamefully cruel way to treat people who have come to the UK to seek protection, fleeing persecution or conflict.’Demonstrators hit out at the plan, which has horrified campaign groups and charities The organisations claimed that the Government’s plan would also result in ‘more, not fewer, dangerous journeys – leaving more people at risk of being trafficked’.

Earlier, Mr Johnson said the partnership would be ‘fully compliant with our international legal obligations’, while insisting Rwanda is ‘one of the safest countries in the world’ and is ‘globally recognised for its record of welcoming and integrating migrants’.

They have entered illegally if they are genuine they will be allowed in

Are they willing to have a tax hike to pay for the upkeep of illegal immigrants that proven already by entering the country illegally from a SAFE country that they have no respect for a countries law. Nothing cruel about it, they enter illegally and they go through that system.

Rwanda asylum seekers: UK government criticised over 'cruel' planSome of those arriving on small boats will be sent to the country as part of a £120m trial. Criticised by who? Not conservative voters, that’s for sure. To those organisations and individuals criticising the governments plan. What is your plan as an alternative to stem the flow of migrants through illegal channels? Common sense says it has to stop somewhere so what have you got? Asylum seekers expected to be flown to Rwanda for processing in Government plansBoris Johnson is set to argue that action is needed to combat the ‘vile people smugglers’ turning the ocean into a ‘watery graveyard’. There’s something tragically, miserably funny about the Tories attempts to distract us from their recent bad news; they’re now trying to outshit themselves. ‘If we do something really skanky, it’ll make our previous fuckup look ok.” Like 2 shits make a right. THE WORST GOV EVER. Is that what we do? We 'process' people? Just goes to show how much 'care' goes into actual people. Everyone needs to really start getting their heads out of their a**. And by everyone, I mean globally. Great job USA and Europe for letting Putin get away with so many things.
