Government plans to tackle gambling issues delayed again by Tory leadership election

Get gambling sponsorship off football shirts and advertising during matches. It wouldn’t stop gambling but it would stop it looking glamourous

Gambling is an addiction/psychologic issue and at some future point in time will have to be banned.

Good. The White Paper is nonsense. If you're going to limit people's freedom to gamble then, by extension. that puts an end to buying stocks & shares, and speculation on 'futures' markets. The City of London economy (which contributes 15% of UK GDP) will collapse overnight.

The sooner we can grapple control back, the less misery will be caused to otherwise good people.
