Gogglebox stars Steph and Dom Parker’s posh hotel crashed with debts of almost £2million

Debts included £1.4million owed to “investors”, £88,000 to the taxman, £114,000 in staff wages and the rest owed to dozens of creditors for supplying food, drink and services to the hotel.Wine-swilling telly stars Dom and Steph had leased the venue - in historic Sandwich in Kent - to John and Dorothy Fothergill.If featured on Channel 4’s B&B show Four In A Bed, which they appeared in before Gogglebox in 2013.

In 2017, they fronted 30 episodes of ‘Steph And Dom’s 1 Star to Five Star for Channel 4, using their experience as hoteliers to help turn around B&B’s across the UK.Posh Steph and Dom Parker were fan favourites on GoggleboxSteph and Dom have owned the listed Edwin Lutyens-designed, Grade 1-listed mansion in 3.7acres since 2004.He admitted: "We are just too old and exhausted and don't have the energy to run it anymore.
