Marie Gweth arranged for an unknown person to attend one of her shifts and pretend to be her during the covid crisis.

Marie Gweth had been assigned a shift by SRS Care Solutions Ltd in August 2020 while employed as a support worker when she carried out the deception.

You showed a complete disregard for the systems that are in place to ensure safe recruitment practices, and the system of professional regulation.

"It also amounts to a failure to treat the service users with respect, as they have a right to expect that the people who are being allowed into their homes are properly vetted and properly trained workers."
