Glaswegians who struggle with maths are being encouraged to take part in a programme designed to improve their skills as the city celebrates national numeracy day.
Across Glasgow City Region, the UK Numeracy Index shows that the eight council areas are ranked low for numeracy skills and confidence. The City Region is promoting National Numeracy Day which takes place on Wednesday, May 22, and is all about celebrating numbers and encouraging people to improve their numerical skills, no matter what their current level may be.
