Frightened residents woke up to see the burnt out shell of a number of cars in Glasgow after they were allegedly set alight.
Panicked residents said they woke up terrified as the drama unfolded. One local mum who asked not to be named said: "It was total chaos. It all started at around 4 or 5am. I woke up and heard an explosion before running outside with my phone to take a video. Another neighbour said: "Two cars were on fire in Clavens Road. Thank God the fire brigade got there before anything else was damaged or anyone was injured. What a drama to wake up to. It was really frightening."
