A Glasgow MP has paid tribute to a constituent who died after being hit by a motorcycle, as she called for action to tackle “anti-social” use of off-road vehicles.
Speaking in the House of Commons, Ms McLaughlin said an arrest had been made but no charges have been brought. Ms McLaughlin said: “Constituents in Glasgow North East have been calling, emailing and messaging me about the anti-social and completely improper use of off-road vehicles, be that off-road motorbikes, quad bikes or high-powered electric motorcycles.”
