A Glasgow burger joint has been named as a finalist in the National Burger Awards 2023 🍔

The Big D was a limited edition burger served at the chain's Glasgow and Edinburgh branches last year for National Burger Day on Thursday, August 25.

Standing for 'Big Double', the burger included double smash patties with double cheese, double bacon, marrow butter, burnt butter mayo, pickles and onions. The talented team at El Perro Negro scooped the top prize at the National Burger Awards in 2019 and 2021 for their Top Dog burger, which features bone marrow and Roquefort butter, double bacon, caramelised onions and black truffle mayo.The National Burger Awards 2023 will take place on Wednesday, February 22.
