A BOMB disposal squad has carried out a controlled explosion following an incident near STV studios in Glasgow.
Police Scotland has now confirmed that a unit from the Explosive Ordnance Disposal team carried out a controlled explosion. Previously, an STV spokesperson said: “Due to a police incident in the area, STV’s offices at Pacific Quay have been evacuated this evening.“The channel remains on air with regular programming, but this evening’s edition of Scotland Tonight won’t be transmitted.”
