Winter is wreaking havoc with our skin, how can we add moisture back in? What is a 5-step body care regime you swear by?

I always say that I don’t have time for baths, so I’m a shower girl. I’m constantly in a rush – in the morning especially. I’ll have a quick shower with my, the smell is super zesty so it’s the perfect pick me up. We left out the skin-stripping ingredients and only put in the best: balancing probiotics and a hydrating oil blend that gently cleanse and brighten skin.

You definitely don’t need to overcomplicate it too much with your body care routine. Keep it simple, but be consistent with it. Don’t get lazy! I moisturise day and night after showering without fail. I love my Body Crème because it has Cupuaçu Butter and Coconut Oil, so it’s perfect for soothing dry skin. But there are so many amazing body moisturisers out there that don’t break the bank. It’s important to exfoliate too.
