Girls Aloud to star on Ant and Dec's Sat Night Takeaway 'farewell spectacular'

The two-hour 'farewell spectacular' will air on April 13, as it "will bow out in style", "with biggest live show ever featuring sensational performances, and a chance to say goodbye to all your SNT favourites".

Ahead of the finale of Saturday Night Takeaway, ITV said: "The multi award-winning, ultimate live family entertainment show will bow out in style across the whole of TV Centre with its biggest live show ever featuring sensational performances, and a chance to say goodbye to all your SNT favourites." Declan Donnelly, 48, added: "The finale will be a real celebration of Saturday Night Takeaway over the years. We're honoured and touched that for 20 series it's been part of Saturday night TV viewing for so many families across the country. We're giving it a rest for now, but we'll take away and treasure some very special memories and moments. We will most certainly miss it.”
