Police were called to reports that a woman, a boy and a girl had received injuries after being bitten by the dog on Saturday afternoon in Brook Vale, Cannock. The eight-year-old boy has received serious facial injuries and the six-year-old girl has an arm injury, police said.

It is simple. Some of these people who own dogs are not educated in dog behaviour and how dogs have been brought up. Again, adults are not sanctioned and dogs and children suffer. Some humans can't look after chikdren- fact. They think to dominate is to control like with kids.
Keep it simple, owners of dogs that attacks go to jail
The owners should be held completely responsible for the dogs actions.
