Germany sees less than 4,000 new coronavirus infections for a second day

Rise of 3,834 cases is one of the smallest yet, taking total from 95,391 to 99,225. Today's jump of 173 deaths brings the total in Germany from 1,434 to 1,607. Interior ministry officials have already drawn up plans for ending the lockdown.
