Germany sees largest daily jump since last Friday with 281 deaths

Germany's 281 new deaths take the country's death toll from 4,598 to 4,897. Cases rose by 2,237, reaching 145,694, but rate of increase stayed below 2%. Football bosses want to restart the Bundesliga behind closed doors from May 9.
