A family in Netherley, Liverpool, are living in a state of constant fear as they are subjected to regular attacks and racial abuse by gangs of teenagers.
The mum-of-five shared her distress: "The abuse has been ongoing for over four years. When we moved here everything was okay, we have lovely neighbours. We are the type of people who mind our own business. She also reported that she has informed Merseyside Police and Riverside about at least one address where a teenager suspected of involvement lives. She said Riverside promised to send out tenancy warning letters, which the ECHO understands were indeed sent, although no further proof has linked this youngster or any other individuals from Riverside properties to the ongoing harassment, reports the Liverpool Echo.

The distressed family has sought assistance from the Anthony Walker Foundation and reached out to local MP Maria Eagle's office. "We want to reassure the family that we are continuing to take their concerns seriously and are doing everything we can to support them, including working closely with the local police overseeing their case and liaising with other agencies involved. Our dedicated housing team have also been conducting a review of the family's situation, and we will be in touch to arrange a home visit to discuss further ways we can assist them.
