Somerville, meanwhile, is a much more mysterious and abstract adventure game from new studio Jumpship. Ourisn't quite as positive as Pentiment's but still found aspects of the visually striking game to praise amid criticisms, although its opaque nature wasn't particularly well received —"it's clearly been designed for people to ponder and debate in forums on the internet, but I don’t think Somerville gives up enough to the player to earn that," Sean writes.
