Emmerdale fans have once again come for Matty, as they accuse him of making the Leyla situation "about himself". In tonight's episode, Moira had to give Matty a talking to, making sure that he put an end to his vendetta against Suzy.
But, instead of trying to move forward, Matty has held on to a debilitating grudge and has used it to come after Suzy on more than one occasion. During last night's episode, Matty even planted a bag full of drugs - that he had found in Leyla's office - in Suzy's car. Warning Matty that he could well end up in prison himself, his mum, Moira, sat him down for a serious talk tonight. He told her that his vendetta "ends now", before the two shared an emotional embrace.
@RyanGSoapKing11 said: "Matty is such a moron Leyla could be dead because of him". And @itzzzo_ said: "Don't know about anybody else but watching Matty now I'd rather be in Leyla's state".
