Freshers’ Week 2019 kicked off in signature style in Birmingham last night as thousands of students enjoyed their first night of freedom – though it’s unclear if any of them will remember it.
The crawl took thousands of new starters to Birmingham’s best bars and clubs including Walkabout, Coyote Ugly, Rosie’s, Revolution and – for those miraculously still standing – ending at super club, Pryzm. ‘Coaches’ from the students’ union at Aston – known for its business and law courses – showed the first years the ropes on the first night of Fresher’s with many of the top bars reporting they had sold out event tickets.And while it was a joyous time for many, some will definitely be feeling a little worse for wear today.
