Scotland sent the letters out months ago to people that have been shielding up to July 19 vitamin D will be sent out to them as they have had less sunlight this year.

I am really confused about the government advice today concerning vitamin D, I have been taking vit D and also advising everybody I know to be taking vitamin D since February. You should specially be taking vitamin D if you are BAME.
Yet too much can cause vitamin d toxicity. If you get out in fresh air for more than 15min a day you are not deficient

You cant just give people Vitamin D. The vulnerable are on so much medication already. Does their condition tolerate it? My condition is made worse by vitaminD and requires regular blood tests.
