They need dietary advice. Basic nutrition should be taught in schools. Most people have no idea how many calories are in pop, juice, baked goods etc. They also have no idea how many calories they can eat without gaining weight obesity
I was initially annoyed when I read this thinking why are taxpayers funding your bike rental but on reflection it’s cheaper than just letting people get even fatter and funding really expensive treatment later in life . Sigh
A fat lot of good that will do...
I'd like to think this is a good thing.. But honestly I think it will be a waste... Not for the few, but definitely for the many. Hopefully I am wrong.
