Frank Lampard says his wife Christine keeps on a 'tight leash'

Frank Lampard has admitted his wife Christine keeps him on a 'tight leash' as they appeared together on Thursday's episode of Loose Women .

Frank said: 'I am fully aware that Christine knows where I am at all times. And if she doesn't for like five minutes, I get a call saying: 'What are you doing?' I'm a good boy. I'm on a tight leash' The charity match, which has raised over £90million for Unicef since its inception in 2006, will be played at Stamford Bridge for the first time since 2019.

'My biggest ambition in life was to be self sufficient, look after my mum and dad. It sounds very basic but that's what drove me. 'I wanted to be able to look after myself. I got my first job and 15. I worked through school and uni.'
