Four day week or part time hours (anything under 48) spread over 4 days instead of the usual 5 days. Plenty of 4 day a week jobs where people actually work 12 plus hours a day and then have 4 days off.

I think a 4 day week is the way forward for myself in the near future. From a business and mental health standpoint, it could be very good. Money is important, but, having a better work - life balance is imperative, going forward. May not suit or appeal to everybody though.
