Five Guys superfan Nicola Anne Robson Dyer, who has visited 24 branches in England and Scotland since last spring, spending over £800, has slammed Lincoln 's outlet as the 'worst,' citing her children's illness from ' undercooked food .' Nicola recounted two disappointing visits to the Brayford Wharf North burger joint, echoing the concerns of several individuals who left one-star reviews on Google, mentioning ' undercooked food .

' In response to some of the reviews, Five Guys encouraged dissatisfied customers to submit feedback on its website. On her October 13 visit, Nicola and her children faced meals dripping with excess grease, rendering them inedible. Despite her complaint, she said the restaurant issued vouchers instead of a refund, allegedly attributing the issue to 'teething problems.' During Nicola's first visit she said their meals were dripping with 'too much grease pouring out of the food'
