Maurice, Keith and their gang of rat friends are preparing to enact their tried-and-tested scheme on a new town, whereby they pretend that the place is plagued with rats and offer their magical rat-catching 'skills' at a price.
However, when they arrive at their next target, they discover that there are no local rats at all and realise that they have a mystery to solve. Cue Malicia getting involved as she tries to find clues to"advance the plot", to which Maurice claims that"the world doesn't have a plot, things just happen".
