Floyd's death was pitiful and baffling. However, the portrayal of Floyd as an inoffensive ordinary Joe is pure, unadulterated spin. A question: Why did Chauvin pull Floyd back out of the patrol car and onto the street after the effort it took the other cop to get him into it?

Media really needs to stop making him a messiah.

20 murdered five year old children at Sandy Hook Elementary School didn’t change anything. Sadly, I won’t hold my breath. The American people will decide their own path and fate in their own sweet time. Once this all simmers down, we’ll see just how effective it’s been.
