The ISIS-supporting terrorist who knifed five shoppers in New Zealand yesterday has been named as Ahamed Samsudeen.
Police commissioner Andrew Coster said the law officers were working under required a suspect to make the first move. He was sentenced in July to a year’s supervision at a mosque in the city and banned from owning any devices that could access the internet.
