Final picture of serial killer Peter Tobin shows monster chained to hospital bed

The final picture of Scots serial killer Peter Tobin shows the evil murderer handcuffed to a hospital bed before his death.He had been serving a life sentence at HMP Edinburgh for the cruel killings of Angelika Kluk, Vicky Hamilton and Dinah McNicol.

Speaking at the time the image was taken, Nicola Stork, whose teenage sister Louise Kay disappeared from Eastbourne in 1988 and is strongly believed to be another of Tobin’s victims, said: “I don’t want Tobin to die because it means we might never know but I’ve got no sympathy if he’s in pain.
