That's kind of a weak reason. it's not europe, it's a fictional universe. You don't need to adhere to a specific place and time in out world's history in terms of demographics to take inspiration for your fictional one.

People are blowing this out of preportion It's a medieval fantasy world, no tech so people are relegated to their sides of the world, and being that the land this takes place is shitty, of course there's no diversity because NO ONE WOULD WANT TO LIVE THERE.

I'm African and I say the right choice was made. Wouldn't make sense. Europe back then was not the Rainbow nation it is now. You want diversity, play Cyberpunk or GTA V or Saints Row 2.
