Fern Britton's 'revenge' on Phillip Schofield as she plans huge TV comeback

Fern Britton is set to make a huge comeback on television screens following her stint in Celebrity Big Brother. The 66-year-old is said to be plotting her 'ultimate revenge' against Phillip Schofield.

The breakdown of their relationship has been no secret over the years since, with both making savage digs at one another. Neither of them have confronted the issue as to why they actually fell out, although Fern says it wasn't the money. Fern and Phil co-hosted This Morning together for 10 years until she was replaced by Holly Willoughby. Viewers of CBB got a rare insight into her time on the show and Phil's exit from the ITV programme.

He revealed the pair argued over content on the show and was left “stunned” when Fern accused him of “meddling”. He wrote: “I walked back into the make-up room and calmly said, ‘Please don’t do that to me again.’ I think, for whatever reason, that was the point that Fern decided she didn’t want to do This Morning anymore.”
