An Indonesian Facebook ad has offered female genital mutilation for $10. The procedure involves removing part or all of the female's external genitalia. It is common in Indonesia with many girls being circumcised due to religion.
Anybody doing this, to a boy or a girl, living in a Western country, should be put out of parental rights and get 30yrs in jail, no if's or cultural but's, absolute savages.
