Quote 'Local residents already pay for all these costs through their council tax and we don’t want them to pay twice.” Just like second home owners then! Love to see how they work out if the home is a second home!

Why do local needs access when they have loos at home. It’s the tourist that should have free loos. Why not use the tax from 2nd homes to fund this ?

Hope they can all earn a living from tin mining and sheep farming just like they did before tourism was a thing.

So it's NOT public then are they? More like discrimination toilets, instead.
